Complaint Review: RAMADA IMPERIAL MAJESTY CRUISELLINE VACATIONS. THIEVES WITH NO SOUL. - Fort Lauderdale Florida

my name is ifesinachi xxxxxxxx and i just recently got scammed by those ramada imperial vacations scumbags. it all started when i recieved a ticket in the ticket in the mail with my name and adress on it. on the ticket it stated that i had won a 2 night cruise to the caribbean's with my choice of two adults. the ticket also included a 1300 dollar voucher. i called teh toll free number that was on that voucher and i got a representative on the phone. i should have known but the fact that i am way due for a well deserved vacation blinded me. the representative proceeded to explain what i thought was the deal of a life time. long story cut short...he said that if i paid 600 and something dollars, i would recieve 3 more free vacations and i would also get 1000 dollars to spend on their website. i was happy and gladly agreed. but i didn,t have enough money in my prepaid card so i explained that i would have to put money in it. he siad if i hunged up now that i would be paying 3000 instead. he even stated that he himself had taken his own family on alot of their trips for free and that it was a wonderful company. unfortunately i bought into that aswell and he told me i could put money down and they would devide it into different payments each month. i had 100 and something bucks on my prepaid mastercard and i decided to pay it as a down payment. his manager then proceeded to speaking with me on the phone and stated that if i would pay an extra 100 bucks that all my meals would be included for all my trips. i was very happy that day unfortunately, so i agreed. a girl then proceeded to read the agreement and recorded my voice as a signature and said i would recieve my vacation package in 21 days. i got the package last week and it included a dvd and alot of coupons including one to a fun park. well i still had no idea this was crap so i called up ma hubby and told him what i got and all. he openly told me that it was fraud. i argued with him repeatedly stating that it was real. then he said go check it out online and read testimonials. i did and found out this company was crap. amongst the package aswell was the suposedly 1000 dollars coupon to shop on their site. i went to teh site and log in, put in my secret code, and bought somethings on the site. now its time to check out. i tried checking out and the next page was an error page. i even gave my huby the code and site to log in from his end and try. it was still error page. by this time i was extremely anoyed so i called the 16xxxxxxx number on the coupon that clearly stated in capital letters to call if there was a problem. i called and got an answering machine that wasn,t even related to ramada vacations or the imperial majesty cruiseline. i then proceeded to calling one of the numbers i had got the day i signed up and a girl picked up. i told her that something was wrong that i needed help and she emediately told me to call the one eight hundren number on teh coupon. i told her teh number is not a 1800 number and she kept on repeating the same thing. for a minute i wasn,t sure if i was talking to an idiot or an answering machine. then she hung up on me. i called back with a private nnumber. she just repeated the same crap and hung up.i asked my hubby to call she hung up on him too. now by now we were both very frustrated and angry so we called and said we were cancelling and she said call a 1900 number this time. to be honest the anger i felt was enormous because i felt like flying through the phone cord and wacking the be-jesus out of that ingrate. a partern started to gorm now and we decided to try something else. so we used the program called icall. its a software taht allows you to call the united states for free. so we called with it and she picked up and hung up. we tried three more times and teh last one she didn,t even pick up. you see if you don,t call with a cell phone or a house phone they won,t answer you (well..if you call that answering) because they are not making any money. they are literally collecting your money in the form of your credits on your phone. well...i got tired of calling and trying then i came across a site that would allow me the posibility of getting my money back. the site is http://www.imperialcruisevacations.com/

on this site you can file a complaint and send your proof to the adress listed on the page. now this page i pasted here is the page with the adress. to file a complaint you must scroll down and see a button that says consumer complaints. i am hoping this people can help me get my money back and i just sent in my proof and all to teh adress. if you want to try and get your money back, try this page and see if it helps you out. i wish someone like teh gorvernment could just dismantle their operation. this theft and nothing else. even dough i paid a hundred dollars, i still had to work for it. its my own money so i wnat it back. plz beware of this company and if you are reading this i doubt you,ve avoided their trap. well i wish you all best of luck.
