Ramada Plaza Resorts - Imperial Majesty Cruises ripoff get your money back RPRSUCKS Ft. Lauderdale Florida
I was naieve enough to purchase this package a few years ago. First step is to file a complaint with the consumer protection offices in FL. There are many fradulent ways in which RPR has marketed to individuals. Find out your state laws and familiarize yourself with the State laws of FL. Find out every office that would be interested in knowing about the horrible SCAM that you hav been a victim of.
Write a detailed letter of your experiences and how they have violated the law and regulations of whichever organization that you are sending the letter to (i.e. the United States postal service, or the SEC or various travel agency bureaus, I had a list of about 40 offices that I found that RPR had voilated)and send a letter to a different office every day. This can be faxed or mailed (I faxed mine every HOUR).

Send a copy of the letter (cc:)to a different office every day or hour and CC RPR. They will take you seriously and refund your money. The slime balls didn't even let me know that they had refunded my money, they just credited the money back to my credit card. Also if you have purchased this within the last 60 days or so, call your credit card and demand that they help you, if they have a 60 or even 90 day policy. Good luck to everyone who has had problems with this company.
Oh, and Dan Lampert is the guy that you want to complain to at RPR> His secretyar is a royal B!! If you are deciding whether or not to go or whether or not to buy it, keep this in mind.....The room that they first tried to put me in was shut down by the Health Department while I was there. Please send your complaints and help others from being victimized. I recently went on a criuse to Nassau and saw the Imperial Majesty. I talked to victims and told them how to get their moeny back. Lets all help each other out!!
