Randolph Hirsch took my $1300 and didn't deliver. He made many broken promises to refund my money for months. Then refused my calls and I had to call from different numbers and names to get him on the phone. Once on the phone he begin saying he was hospitalized and needed time. I waited months then agreed to a payment arrangement. I finally received $400 last August and nothing since. He hasnt taken my call in several months. He may be a nice guy, I don't know, but careful with doing ANY BUSINESS with this guy. He is not a man of his word and it seems he need money really badly.

Billy you keep saying the "files were done"! Done siginifies complete, NOT A SINGLE FILE IS DONE/COMPLETE!
Client with the first initial B has never been started. I spoke with your credit guy whom attests that you sent the file but said the client didn't send the money so don't process it. THAT'S A LIE! I sent you the funds on May 10th and I have proof. You kept the money and never sent it to your credit guy! That's stealing in my book.
AU- I ordered a 15k/10 year old line, you put a 20k 1 year, Thats's not better. This is after you confirmed that my client was added to the line I ordered. then when it didn't post you said, "oh it was full". Second line never posted, I have the text and email confirming that you would link the line so it would post, That never happened and while I was chasing you to post the second line which never posted, the first line terminated.
Promise- You did promise to clean the files in 30-45 days. You called it a sweep and said it was working fine since February and you do plenty of files every week. Lie!
Communication- Your last communication prior to your rebuttal here was July 7th. You finally answered the phone but indicated you were with your son with medical concerns and would call me the next day. NOT A SINGLE CALL OR TEXT FOR 2 MONTHS UNTIL THIS REBUTTAL.
My objective is not so much to hurt your business....but to give people warning of how you do business by perpetually taking money by making false promises. Look up the definition of FRAUD!
Your credit guy- I talked to him once, the day you gave me his number. He promised to hit the files in question. He hasn't answered my calls since. (almost 3 weeks) Still none of the files have been touched in months.

Finally got him to send funds in February of this year in which $200 cleared and a $700 check bounced. Many ignored calls and emails since. He promised AGAIN 2 weeks ago to send half, then the other half 2 weeks later. ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE! Screeenwriter eh... also BAD CHECK WRITER!

Hello. Just an update. Randy finally sent me two checks back in February of this year (2016) One check cleared for $200 by mistake, because his account was overdrawn, and the other bounced for $700. It has been 6 months of broken promises and unkept payment arrangements, not to mention ignoring at least 20 of my calls and emails. Last conversation was in July when he all but swore his was sending me half that week, then the other half in a week or so. Once again he didn't send anything and wouldn't take my call.
Screenwriter eh, you forgot to mention BAD CHECK WRITER!
