I am a dog! I am a dog that is speaking on behalf of my fellow canines. We need help! Why did all of you turn your backs on us? Why did the local Elliott County officals brush this under the rug? Why did the Dept. of Agric (KY) ignore our pleas when Dr. Beth Johnson looked at us and did nothing? Why did Dr. Johnson roam the 2 acre parcel of land, packed with 170 of us and not even examine any one of us? Why did the Dept. of Agric send in Dr. Beth Johnson, a cattle Vet and not a Vet that specializes in our species? Canines! You people are a disgrace! Why did HSUS the Humane Society of the United States ignore numerous concerns on the welfare of our lives? Why did the HSUS, that brought in $220 million dollars in the year of 2016 alone turn their backs? My fellow species are desperate for a second chance at life. We are held hostsge with this monster by the name of Randy Skaggs.
