I purchased a 1998 Monte Carlo from this dealership on 1/12/2012.  The salesman specifically stated the car was in excellent working order with no defects.  The salesman refused to address my questions regarding a warning light.  I requested a check of the air conditioning system to ensure it was in good working order.   The dealership refused to allow a third-party mechanic inspect the car.

After I purchased to car, a mechanic found that the warning light indicated an oxygen sensor problem.   Additionally, the air conditioning system did not work.  The dealership stated they would replace the air conditioning system.  They held the car for five days for the repair, but the air conditioner worked for only one month.

They had put a fluid sealant into the transmission as a temporary sealant for a leaking manifold gasket.

I have spent several thousand dollars in repairs for a car drivable for only a few miles, and they car has a leaking manifold gasket, leaking head gasket, and cracked block reducing its value to salvage value.

They have refused to refund even a small portion of the purchase price.  They have no integrity.

You say the dealership refused to allow you to take the car to your mechanic to check it out....BUT YOU BOUGHT THE CAR ANYWAY???????

Oh I see, the elevator doesn't reach the top floor!
