Mike Socorro,who lives on Oak Street in Grand Junction, Michigan, claims to have been impersonated by "someone" on the Overstock Auctions where many people were ripped off. Good try Mike, but your computer that was confiscated by the Van Buren County Michigan Sherrif's Office has confirmed that you were the one that posted all those pirated Overstock auctions. Furthermore, The Computer Crimes Unit of the Sherrif's Department as well as several of your victims, have proof positive that you, Mike Socorro, cashed all of your victims checks and did not send them anything! YOU are GUILTY of INTERNET AUCTION FRAUD and OTHER CRIMES in your LOCAL AREA ! More warrants are on the way, so get used to some more jail time. Mike is heard saying-----JEEPERS HONEY, it's the COPS AGAIN !!!!!!!

Since I am the Real Mike "Soco" Socorro, only I can speak for myself.... Right now I suggest Detective Brain Stump investigate this "slappywhite" impersonator, who has been impersonating me since 2001... and has openly admitted for months on Yahoo's message boards that he was, infact the one who opened online accounts in my name, pretending to be me on various websites: PayPal, Ebay, Yahoo, Overstock etc. and has even opened an old general relief account down in North County using my name.... This FRAUD has been posting my personal information on these same message boards for the past 5 years.... I have no doubt in my mind that this gutless coward(now using the id slappywhite_41) is the culprit.... This IMPOSTER even posted using his account mikesoco111, which he used to impersonate or make fun of me on Yahoo message boards, he even posted an old pic of me on the profile, tricking people to think he was me.... That id was deactiavted, once I reported him to Yahoo Customer Care and to the FBI for impersonation, and idenity theft... Here's the rebuttal I posted on 1/18 of this year on Ray Snider's bogus Ripoff Report: For months I have been showing proof of my non-involment in your Overstock claims, since I was never a member of Overstock please accept my Response to your allegations. I am disagreeing with this posted Rip-off Report, and the other two that was also done during the same time yours was done.... My explaination is this, I have been impersonated by the same person or persons that have been reposting your ripoff report on Yahoo! Message boards for the past 7 months, this is the person I believe is responsible for impersonating me online since 2001... I have not ripped anybody off, I am a member of a 5-man anti-internet crime task force call "The Task Force" our website can be see on the world wide web... and there you will see what I have been a victim of, and others as well.... nobody besides yourself Mr. Snider has pointed a finger at me claiming I victimized them, and I understand your motive for approaching me as the person who you claim has ripped you off in some way, but I assure you, I am not that man... I have been the victim of idenity theft, impersonation, stolen mail, slander and harassment for the past 5 years. There was even someone who posted bogus ads on craigslist.com in my name, with an old cell phone number I had last year. Can you explain that Mr. Snider? Can you explain why this imposter has been harassing me for over 5 years, pretending to be me on several websites? You let me if know who this person is, and we can both find justice, until then, you are barking up the wrong tree, and speaking of trees, as for you Mariyln and your disgruntled Landscaping company, I had arrangements with your husband for him to come back and cut these 2 trees down, after he asked me to spray paint them, he did not return and I never heard anything about it... however you may contact me by Phone anything to settle her little dispute, I never received anything from you either regarding the manner, as I am still waiting for your Landscapers to make good on our agreement... so until then perhaps I will start my own Rip Off Report, and hold you liable, since I was the one Ripped Off $8,000 for fencing that could not be put up because of those 2 trees! Currently we are investigating this individual who uses other people's names on the internet. He calls himself slappywhite and creates hundreds and thousands of yahoo ids. We have notified Yahoo.com of this person and they are aware of the situation. So far I've only seen this imposter post messages on Yahoo's message boards, since they are too afraid to face me in person. They are gutless. He claims to be living in California, but with the help of local law enforcement, we hope to bring him to justice very soon since he's been at it now over 5 years. Names used online: mark mclaren, skidmarks gayhornracer, eddiedoesseth, mikesooco, mikesoco111, mike_soco mrs_soco, mickmcfly, macmcfly, mackmcflys, macmcflys, maxmcfliess slappywhite111, slappywhite_16 etc. A Napa Valley resident is also wanted for impersonation. Months ago [email protected] placed over 30 fraudulent ads using an online publication www.craigslist.com these ads were given to one of the clerks at craigslist.com in name of Mike Socorro posted with his cell phone. Joel is being investigated at this time as well as Ray Snider and others by California law inforcement, FBI and because it was done over state lines Federal law inforcement is conducting a full investigation at the present time. I contacted Craigslist,they have never heard of me and verified that I have not used any of their services. If someone placed any bogus listings, it was probably one of the many angry victims that had money stolen from them through your fradulant auctions. On second thought, as angry as these victims are, they are all above doing something like that. You have so many people after you, who knows who placed the listings, maybe even you! Ray

All of these irresponsible untrue comments are an attempt to draw attention away from the fact that Mike Socorro aka mikesoco111 on Overstock Auctions and super4auctions on Yahoo Auctions has stolen thosands of dollars from many people. Socorro is currently charged with Internet Fraud, Mail Fraud and cases opened with five law enforcement agencys around the country, including Arkansas, California, West Virginia and Illinois as well as in his home state of Michigan. Craigslist states that no one by the name of Ray Snider has ever used their services.

I called craigslist myself, and asked what would they recommend someone to do if they caught someone else posting an ad using someones name and private phone number, and the girl told me you should contact the police. There are Many gold diggers in this world, looking to make a buck from Lawsuits, or by False claims. This Ray Snider sounds like one of them.

I have a Consumer Suggestion and constructive solution on how to resolve or avoid this Rip-off in the future. Any other nonsense will be ignored. Ray Snider, you need to turn yourself in to the Law at once, and get help. What you have done is illegal and you need to seek help for your sickness. You have committed over 30 acts of Fraud, since Jan. 1st 2005 nobody wants people like you on Craigslist or on the internet.

We have pulled 30+ Ads placed by Raymond Snider of Redwood City who has been using other email addresses such as luckylady to post Fraudulent Ads in the name of someone else, posting their name and phone number. This is a serious offense. We cannot have this sick person Ray Snider doing this to other people.
