I first odered the part 12/14/2019. The sent the wrong part... I communicated with them about this. They adjusted the order. Then sent me confirmation of the right part # by email.
"January 16th I reordered. It arrived the 24th, Wrong part again. I immediately contacted them the next day about the by phone and got Voicemail. So I sent an email internally through the account I had set up for me.
I have attempted contact multiple times since then and noone has ever responded but they have my $248.99 a month later.

I called the dealer, University Mazda, 5150 Ellison St NE NE, Albuquerque, NM 8710 and talked to Kaylan @ 9:17. She said she would send me a return label and refund my charge of $248.99. I will update if I do receive the refund.
