I want to point out that it does have a scam run by Red Dragon Karate!
The Sansei of Red Dragon Karate ask parents to sign the contract but only inform you of the purpose to waive the liabilities or to authorize for charging monthly payments electronically. However, the contract states that unless your child has deadly injury /disabilities or moves away from current residential location for 25 miles, parents are obligated to pay one full year payments. Although Sansei will pretend nicely to tell you as long as you notify the cancellations prior to 30 days, it will be OK just for your child to try out the Karate. However, the fact is that Sansei will threaten you pay off the balance if your child quits, or he will send your account to ASF collections!
We took Chino Hill Red Dragon Karate and Sansei William Anderson to court and won the verdict. Now the judgment asked him to return the unlawful charges to us. Sansei William Anderson violates his own teaching to children about integrity and honest and he doesn't follow the judgment to pay the money back to us with the balance $1,200. And we will take any necessary legal action to get this amount of money back.I sincerely wish more parents can read this report before you sign in your children with Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills.
Whoever claims himself as a honest one please ask any parent of your school to testify that he/she is aware that "unless child is deadly injured, has severe disability or move 25 miles away from current residential location, the contract is enforced."
For any viewer here, I bet everyone can see how coincident two Red Dragon Karate stories are. Is it a scam running by Red Dragon Karate? You know the answer.
The reason that we stand on our grounds but not to compromise with ASF is that we know we signed the contract with Red Dragon Karate and ASF only works for and follows the instructions given by Red Dragon Karate because ASF has a contract with Red Dragon Karate but not with parents!!

Mrs. Kopitsa,
I understand your concerns and the fact that you are upset . To ease your anger I will explain a few things. Once your son was gone from the studio, you no longer would have been billed. Although you had 4 months left on your agreement I would have cancelled your account.. ASF (the billing company) was only following procedure within their policies. You jumped the gun and before I even could get a hold of ASF, you paid the balance of your Agreement (contract). Then you wanted your money back. You decided to let the courts make the right decision.
Come on Anastasia you work in a financial department dealing with the same situations on a daily basis. Bottom line is You did sign the contract.
The decision was in my favor. So you decided to write this article.
Your son loved it at our studio and did not want to leave. He is currently taking karate at another Red Dragon Karate location.
The 697 reports are not from any Red Dragon Karate's. ASF works with Bally's, 24 hr Fitness and other big fitness centers.
In closing I have never scammed anybody. Please stop slandering my name and business. BBB would not file your claim because you filed after you lost in court. Now you are jeopardizing my business with your lies.
Please STOP.
Thank you,
Mike Casamassa
