They have me flying all the way across from the other side of the United States, saying they will be at my home for the repairs and then they never show up. They decided to give me their own prices and they were much extreme higher than anybody else that you can get stuff done at and from. I was promised they were going to come out and they never showed up. I was also promised a phone call back today and I never received it. This company is NOT a good company to deal with. You're better off looking elsewhere for much cheaper work in cost. They charge two and three times the amount that anybody else does but then yet they don't want to come out and help you. Yes it was Derik that came out as well. He makes promises that he cannot keep. Now he’s blocking me after the office said that he would do another price quote with leaving out the other stuff that was so highly priced. I noticed the reviews are really bad Against these people, and they are ripping off insurance companies with claims.

Anybody reads this you may want to put your review on here against them as well. They will not be able to remove it off of this site They are very rude people. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer the phone. They have caller ID and they choose to answer the phone to whomever they want to and the other ones they do not and have it go to voicemail. Don’t leave a message though because they will not call you back.

Then they pass bad judgment to others that they give you their phone number to work on your project but then yet those people don’t call you back because they talk SH about you. You may want to think twice about using this company. DRAMA RIP OFF SCAM ARTIST IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE!

 God knows the truth and that’s all that matters. Yesterday it was six estimates now today it’s seven estimates. This company was sent to me. I never contacted them at all for the world. Sydney is lying through her thick skull. That’s why they worked on the roof. Lol!!! She’s so dumb, a nit, she doesn’t know what the heck was going on at the house with Derik. Then she has the nerve to send me a rude text message last night saying, " ha ha ha you got me there with posting your review, I just filed a rebuttal to it.” I’m thinking in my head like WTF, who cares.

 

I think she needs a reality. A serious check with her mental health. Then she hurries up and blocks me. I told her, "do NOT contact me ever again or I will file harassment charges against you.” Well, yeah okay if you can use the top-of-the-line carpet cleaning company named Zero-Rez for $300 for your whole house than why in the heck would you pay somebody that uses rented machinery for over $600. to do it, it’s like duh, a no brainer?” Look at the photo, she’s blonde no wonder why, lol. No offense to the others out there, but I’ve witnessed it firsthand with this one. Lol! So anyway, Derek was going to do the carpet cleaning his self and he’s actually an estimator not a carpet cleaning person. be careful when you’re alone with him, he calls you hun, dear, and all kinds of stuff. Then Derik quoted for a side panel piece to put on a bathroom vanity cabinet over the existing one $500., "it’s like wow, really” BTW it is is painted Lu-on board nailed on it and put trim over the edges where the nails are.

 

The trim pieces are next to nothing to purchase at the store. You can buy a whole new vanity for that $500. price. So the house walls and baseboards have mold and are stained from the water damage and Derik is all like,”well…. we’ll just throw some kilzs and some paint over that”, when it’s an existing wall with insulation, that’s probably all full of mold plus, there was electrical issues in the wall from the water, and that was his solution that he came with on his own with fixing this and getting it mold certified so we could sell it. Here the mold spores are going through the whole air conditioning heating ducts throughout the whole house and he doesn’t bring up anything at all about that whatsoever and here I am a cancer patient which he was very well of it because I told him. so all in all said Derek was charging like almost $7000. to change out a piece of wood on the side of the closet because at the bottom it got swelled up from the water, carpet, cleaning, a ceiling fan to be changed out, repainting over the mold, and painting the whole family room ceiling when it does not need it, only his touchup work as he first stated. Also, he would put up a smoke fire alarm on the ceiling that’s already pre-wired. Would you find that was super costly if you were in my shoes? Sydney can state problems all she wants to. She is the issue here by overcharging people for such ridiculous small things that don’t cost almost $7000. Money doesn’t grow on trees. I guess she thinks it does. She needs to let all of us know where she’s finding those trees at. Lol!!!

 

 I was never presented with one estimate paperwork from this company at all whatsoever, not one. They wrote up their own little notes they would text me and say the price is almost $7000 for like six things to be done inside your home. I’m like what!!!!!! Thinking you are CRAZY! Yes, I left for a funeral which that comes first. What does the funeral have to do with any of this? She’s just using it for their excuses is all I can think of.. They called me up while I was in North Carolina and they wanted to know what the deal was and I’m like I told Derek on Monday that I would be back on Friday so they could put me on their schedule. Which I came back on Thursday. So I let him know in advance and then he says,” well I have a booking that for tomorrow” when I contacted him after I landed at the airport and I’ll get with you on Monday OK. Monday came never heard anything from him at all for the world and then I contacted him and,” he says I’m on some big huge fire damage place. I will contact you tomorrow”, that was Tuesday.

 

Never heard from him until the evening with the rude belligerent text message sent to me from him. Is that really how you do business? For real? I even asked him that why was he nice to me all along until now and then he turns on me? I got no answer from him. He blocked me. That’s just how you do business I guess. I guess I need to get with the flow and learn how these people do this. Because this is very abnormal what this company does. They’re probably all smoking weed with their heads not on straight and not the head in their pants, lol.

 This review is completely false. We have bent over backwards for this customer, yet nothing we’ve done is good enough. The prices we charge are because we are a LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR. We hold a liability on all work we do. All of our guys are licensed and insured. We charge prices due to all of that. This homeowner did not like our prices and constantly told us she can find them cheaper, we advised her numerous times to go use the cheaper option if that’s the case, that we were not offended in the slightest if that’s what she chose to do. Yet she constantly continued to have us write different estimates. Within the time period of having her information, we wrote 7 estimates for her, which were still not enough. She wanted us to basically do the job for free because she had so much going on with her life. WE NEVER TOLD HER WORK WOULD BE STARTED. WE NEVER TOLD HER TO FLY BACK AND FORTH. She was flying to NC for a funeral, and then coming back after. We never told her she had to fly back here. We require an approval of an estimate before work is completed, clearly we never had any approval, so I am not sure where she had the indication we were doing work in her home. This homeowner seems to have a lot going on in her life, needs to get repairs done on her home so she can sell it, stuff with her husband and his business, etc. Yet we’re to blame when we went above and beyond for her. If you have read the entirety of this, know we are a reputable company. We are a family owned company and put our customers first, always. Sometimes you just can’t please people, and unfortunately this was this case in this scenario.
