I hereby make a public retraction of false statements that I filed on the internet against Red Frog Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations of Largo Florida. I apologize to Red Frog and its staff for the time and problems this may have caused. I also apologize to any vendors or clients who may have been concerned about my posting, and fully retract any "warning" I issued regarding doing business with Red Frog. I was wrong to post the "Ripoff Report," and I am sorry that I made these false statements. I apologize to Red Frog's Executive Director, Jenn Greacen and Managing Partner, Jarrett Crawford, for publicly attacking their names and individual characters. -Bruce Anttila van Hoover

In response to the owner of said company, sure, we're all human, and as being human, we all have emotions that come to the surface. Even if my emotions do come over me, with this client, I have always maintained professionalism and control so as to never include profanity or slander in a business exchange and have always prided myself with a professional attitude, "Treat others, as you would have them treat you." Such has not been the case in this situation. Furthermore, I have never once misled or promoted my skills falsely. I find it ironic that I was blamed incorrectly on a project, particularly where their client deleted key elements of a website thus making the site not function properly. We all have the right to our opinion. I believe in the business world, it takes two to create success and two to create failure. I am unfortunate to have been a part of this breakdown and strive to not repeat the same again.

Mr. **** was unable to fulfill his latest contractual obligation with our firm. He has in the past worked for and profited a great deal of money with us. Unfortunately Mr. **** accepted a project he was not able to manage with competence and promoted his skills falsely resulting in our agency scrambling to satisfy our client with a final deliverable suitable for the amount of money invested. It is our priority to deliver what we tell our clients we can delivery. Unfortunately this was not Mr. **** priority to us as his clients. He was given an opportunity to correct the multitude of issues based on his last project with us and was either not able or not willing to deliver what was contracted. Another group of contractors were hired to clean up and repair Mr. ****'s many mistakes. Bruce **** has been compensated completely for all projects that he has properly completed per his project bid and any additional acceptance of project work. We have in fact found legal council necessary to protect ourselves from unfounded allegations based on speculation and delusions. We have found the previous posts of Mr. **** to be indicative of our other experiences with him: emotionally charged, indecisive, and based in no factual information.

As a follow-up to this. The issue is still not yet resolved and further checking into my records, I have found the outstanding debts to be $3,862. I have also been threatened with legal action as a result of this post. I have made every effort to work with them on the debt, even offering to reduce the bill. I do realize it takes two parties to have bad communication and bad things can happen in even the best of relationships. However, insults and profanity have no business in a business relationship and no one deserves to be treated in such a manner.
