Angela-first I wanted to say I'm sorry for what you went through that day at Regis. I was there working the day all of this happened and I was very surprised in how things were done. First I'm surprised that you and your family would continue to come to our salon if you guys have had so many problems with us over the years, there must of been things that you like about the salon/stylist's if you kept coming. Second, we try to do what we can to get a client's hair as perfect to their liking as possible. But sometimes things happened like-miscommunication on one or both parts, previous color/products on hair before coming in, medications that you take, and lifestyles etc. After she colored your hair she did everything she could to fix it to make you happy right? She didn't just tell you to deal with it, I know this girl and she is a very sweet person and NEVER has complaints on how she deals with clients. As far as your comment that you said, "you can just take it back to my natural" and she said she would have to charge you for it. It doesn't sound like something that would have been said by her or the manager. The manager EXPECTS us to do what we can to make clients happy before they leave! From what I could see of your hair it looked good, it didn't look messed up, but you didn't like it and she tried to fix it to where you would. Then things got out of control! You were talking LOUD enough for me to hear you on the other side of salon to the point of my client feeling uncomfortable. I went to see what was going on and your stylist was in the back crying and shaking because she was so upset and scared of what you would do or say next! Everyone was nervous and uncomfortable because of how you were being. That is when you offered only $50 in a check, even though there is no color service that low at Regis. Then the manager called the cops to get you to leave NOT arrest you, because you were causing a scene and wouldn't leave! Why do you think our home office called you and told you never to return? They have to protect us from being treated this way. You can't just act like that whenever you want. Lastly-We are not a horrible salon, there are great girls there and I have worked there for years and if this salon was as bad as you're trying to make it sound, I would of left there a long time ago. I'm sorry this happened to you sweetie but I'm sure if you really think about it you will see that what you didn't like about your hair didn't deserve the response you gave for the WHOLE salon to see and hear.
