Stacy Kellams,
You and your company, REISecrets, took money out of my account without my authorization.
I only authorized a $1 withdrawal from my account for your e-book and I received a $1 receipt.
Instead, your company withdrew $97!
You had also offered a free 7 trial subsription to your program which I did not accept.
Six (6) days after my $1 order, I received an email warning me that you would be withdrawing
a $97 membership fee the next day. I immediately responded stating I did not order your
program and not to withdraw anything from my account the next day. I then checked my
account to find that 3 days after I placed my order for your $1 e-book, you had withdrawn $97.
I have tried emailing you at both [email protected] and [email protected] but received no
explanation. The only response I get is what appears to be a computer generated response directing
me to "click the link below to create a password and login". When calling your customer service phone
number, I get a message that says, "this number cannot be reached as dialed".
If I were to assume your computer had some glitch or your staff made an error, I would expect
some response to my emails and restitution made or at least some sort of explanation to my complaints.
Your lack of any sort of human response leads me to assume you have simply set up a system to
scam people. I will, therefore, be making complaints to authorities, as per the Fair Billing Credit Act
to reseach you and your company for your, what appears to be, fraudulent actions.
