Reloadit Blackhawk Network California The company fraudulently represented their selves, as soon as I tried to use my reload pack a few hours after purchase, my funds were depleted. I can't file a police report because Reloadit reps are refusing me a transaction history in black and white, also the website is coincidentally not working. The reps did not assist in helping me into the website or offer any kind of explanation. They did not and will not help you. This company is a complete disgrace! Internet

I purchased a reloadit pack from a local Office Depot hoping to do online shopping. When I got around to shop my pack was completely drained of the funds $250 exact . I remembered when going online to activate the pack a rep from the number on the back of the pack called. He said he needed to help me complete activation with my pack and I provided him the pack number not thinking twice. When I realized I had been robbed I called their customer service number immediately. They refused to refund me my money or provide an activity log for transaction history. I could not file a police report because I did not have anything in black and white to trace where my money was spent. My money is just gone and everyone is turning their backs on the issue like there isn't people who are truly suffering from this loss.

Do Not EVER give your prepaid card numbers to NO ONE that includes the Customer Service people at the Reloadit card company! you would think u could trust them and their asking the number so they can help u but absolutely NOT they have NO reason to ask or know your pack numbers I( had a Rep at Reloadit rip me off of $500.00 I had no way and no one to contact I didnt even have that reps name so when they say give your pack numbers to no one that means no one.
