If you intend on having a career with upward possibilities, you're wasting your time applying for Rent A Center in West Virginia. Kevin Ruckle has already got his list and checked it twice. Either you're on his good or bad side and regardless of what you do, He'll keep you or find a way to fire you.
I'm glad I'm no longer with the Company anymore. I feel sorry for all the Assistants looking to be Store Managers and Store Managers looking to be District Managers. It's never going to matter what you do, the numbers you pad his bonus with, how your store operates, etc... You could be tops in all your web reports and get fired the next day. You could run the worst store in his region and get promoted in a heartbeat. It's not about the Company. It's about Kevin Ruckle.
It's Kevin Ruckle's region and all that are below him are merely his pieces on a chess board. You would think by now somebody upstairs would have noticed.
