Hi Heather, I work at RAC and Im very sorry to read about your experience with one of our stores in Virginia. I know that we want to make customers experiences with us completely worry-free; that's why we don't require a deposit or a credit check, and we make sure the agreed-upon payment plan fits your needs. However, we do require that customers make payments on time. That said, we want to make this work for you so please dont hesitate to call Customer Care at 1-800-422-8186 and let them know what happened. I know its one more step to take, but giving Customer Care your feedback is the best way for specific issues to be addressed.

You know it is a good idea that when you write a "RipOff Report" that you at least try to keep your story straight from one sentence to another.
I always made my payments up 2-3 months in advance and they would still call me and remind me my payments were due..... I was only late on this one payment by just days and I was going to pay the account off.
- You can't both ALWAYS pay your account 2-3 months in advance, and late by just days. This makes one wonder what the whole story is.
