I AM A LIC R.E. BROKER, WORKED FOR THEM FOR THREE DAYS, SIGNED A DEAL DIDN'T PAY ME MY COMMISSION AS AGREED FOR $215 OR HALF OF THE 10% RENTAL CONTRACT. SHOWED THE APT. TURNED IN ALL THE PAPER WORK EVEN HANDED THEM THE DEPOSIT CK WHICH CLEARED. ONLY HAD TO COLLECT THE BAL WHICH THEY DID AND CLEARED FOR THEIR 1/2 OF THE 10% ($215) AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR $88. MANY MANY OTHER WORSE COMPLAINTS SO BEWARE... CALL ON THE DEPT OF PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS REGULATION TO INVESTIGATE THEM..

I worked for Rent Free, part-time, for 3 years. I was treated with the utmost respect, was paid every cent I was owed, and received ongoing training and support. The management was extremely generous, throwing us parties, treating us like family, and allowing us to come and go as we pleased, with no obligations, with all materials and leads provided to us. There is no way that they would stoop to the level of stealing $90, from a rep. Stop lying, there is more to this story.

This is a realtor hired to work part time on the weekends. She worked as agreed for 2 weekends, then abandoned her customers in the middle of negotiating a contract for lease! Our customers nearly lost their apartment! Thankfully another, more reliable realtor was able to step in, assist in the move in process and do a walk through of the unit upon moving in. Now she is upset that her coworker is being compensated for doing the work that she was unwilling to do.
This company has performed according to the terms of the independant contractor agreement that this realtor signed, and according to our office policy manual which sets clear guidelines on commission splits regarding seeing the customers through to the end of the deal.
If she would have worked half as hard for the customers as she is by trying to discredit our company on various websites, we would not have had to assign it to a realtor with a stronger work ethic.
She is not even a member of the board of realtors!
