Renu Kulendran is the Deputy Minister responsible for Racism, And Indian Supremacy in the Government of Ontario.
The majority of the workforce at the Government of Ontario is East Indian. 70 percent si. The rest is Mostly White.
Whites and East Indians occupy the most lucrative positions in the Government.
Black People and People of other Colour including Native Indians are denied opportunities to move up and denied opportunities for training while People like Renu Kulendran earn $270, 000 without any advanced degrees or training.
They are especially cruel to Black and Latino people.
Karen Hughes and Dafna Carr earn both $300 000.
The highest paying jobs in the Ontario Government always go to East Indians, Sri Lankan, Pakistani and English Whites.
Renu Kulendran is rarely in the office, has no credentials other than working in the Government. Yet steadily has earned very high pay increases starting in 1996 with $127,000 dollars per year. How?
Almost always the ones who are shortlisted for the best jobs are ALWAYS WHITE or East Indian. There is rarely any deviation.
Black people are underrepresented and if you are Black Latino you get nothing. When you complain Renu Kulendran and her cronies attack you, defame you and use the internal process to destroy and attack your credibility.
She clearly doesn't have enough work to do but has been steadily promoted because of race but the moment you complain they will say you are racist .
This organisation supports predominantly two races in the Government and Renu Kulensran is very much a part of this.
The only women who make more than her are Karen Hughes , $346, 000 and Dafna Car $275, 000 per year
As stated Two races occupy the highest ranks in Government Racist Whites who are White Supremacists and East Indians .
They Must be doing alot of overtime to earn this kind of pay.
Blacks, Chinese and Latino are treated like dogs and serfs while White and Easy Indian are royalty and rewarded for incompetence just as Steve Davidson was rewarded for incompetence earning $550,000 per annum.
