by selecting a free $10.00 coupon, Giving your name, Address you are enrolled into a membership that costs $10.00 / Month.  I do not recall this company, and did not recall entering any credit card information.  Chase bank was debited $10.00 per month.  I was not suspect of anything and put off calling about the charge.  That was my mistake, which cost me about $150.00.  I never recieved any communication from the company.
The Fraud protection never alerted me of an internet transaction.
I contacted the Chase Fraud unit. This is extra protection I thought I was getting from Chase Visa to give me power in a Fraud dispute.
Instead of taking my side, and reversing the charges, chase refused to reverse the charges and go after the company Reservation Rewards to dispute this on my behalf.  Chase called the business, and said they had a legitamate charge.  Not so.... Reservation rewards did offer to credit the account for $60.00.  I since have canceled My Chase card, and Fraud protection which is worthless.  The Fraud protection will not interceed on your behalf, and do anything that will cost them money.  They expect you to incur the time, and expense.  Also, Chase claims if you upgrade to a $7.99 per month extra fee, they will reimburse you expense for battling the fraud. Do not hold your breath on that one either. I am looking for a new credit Card company,  and may not get another at all.  There is a class action lawsuit now in progress.  The web address is www.WebMarketingSolutions.com
