NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RESERVATIONS.COM. We booked a reservation with reservations.com to stay at Hampton Inn, 129 Plains Rd, Milford, CT, 06460, (a decent hotel, where we often stay),We stayed one night (Saturday night only), and checked out early Sunday morning.

 We were charged 2 nights, even though we only stayed for 1 night.  We gave timely/immediate notice . 

We sought refund for the Sunday night for which we had been charged (Sunday night, May 27, 2018).

Their reps have kept giving us the run around, telling us that they sent emails to Hampton Inn on his

Matter, requesting some sort of bs “waiver”.We have spent hours on the phone with their representatives,

They have typically been clueless, useless, rude, incompetent, scam artists, and most unhelpful. These are crooks, pure and dimple.  They have no customer service skills.  Their conduct is disgraceful
