This customer signed up for quarterly shipments of 3 bottles of Resmedin. At that time the customer was advised, in writing and in advance, that because it is a consumable item and subject to improper storage, tampering, etc. once shipped, orders were non-returnable. We cancelled future shipments immediately when she requested we do so, but she was upset that we could not allow her to return her previous order. We deal with the largest US credit card processing company exclusively, so her assertion that we used an overseas bank is not true either. We offer the finest product on the market and go out of our way to provide good customer service, but obviously it is impossible to please everyone. We are sorry that this customer would not accept responsibility for her own actions and decisions, and instead decided to blame us for doing only what we promised to do.
