We received a damage piece from Retro Office.

The President of the company Brad Hodges promised to have the piece picked up and replaced. Almost a year later he is telling us he is still working on the resolution.

We are in the process of sueing them.

Customer Did Not Contact Inspection Team As Required

This is of no fault on Retro Office, Inc.. The customer notated the damage on the bill of lading, (why they did not refuse shipment is beyond me), and we filed a freight damage claim immediately. Several months went by while the freight damage inspection team N.T.I. was trying to contact the customer to inspect the freight and arrange pickup / re-imbusement to the customer. The customer simply never responded to the inspection team to arrange a date / time to inspect. After a year had went by, they eventually just closed the claim. Further, as per our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for freight once it has left our dock. Freight companies have insurance that would of taken care of the re-imbursement if the customer had gone through the claims process properly. Retro Office, Inc. tried it's best to help the customer with a positive outcome, but without them doing their part, there was not much we could do anymore. We did not rip off anyone.
