We bought a vaccum on 5/19/11 that we didn't liike and it had a three day return policy. We called the company the next morning and we talked to Tia and told her that we don't want the vaccum because our friend advised that works as a carpet specialist so he said that the product is not good for our carpet. And she said that somebody will call you.We've been waiting for three days but nobody called us. So we want to return the vaccum that we don't want and we want a full refund of $900.00 dollars.

There was a big group named Rhino Distributing LLC . located in Redmond, Wa. These people go house to house of people and then brainwash them and make you buy their Kirby vacuum. We bought a vacuum from them. They started off with a really expensive price then they lower it a little by little. When we changed our mind that we don't want to keep the vacuum they said we can't return it even though there was a 3 day return policy. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY BACK.
So if any kind of people come to your house and try to sell their products do not buy any products from them and just kick their *** out of the house. These people are cheats and they lie to you to sell their JUNK products. Be very careful.......ALL JUNK...
