I have heard from some lenders and Cindy S. in Oaklahoma that soon Richard Fuller Homes will not be able to have FHA and VA loans from customers on their homes because of bad construction, no warranty service, and their mulititude of problems.

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: CS Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: Fuller not paying his subs is story I've heard more than a few times. We also have a Fuller home. I would like anyone with a problem with this builder to contact me at [email protected] I encourage anyone with a complaint against Fuller to file it with as many gov't and consumer agencies as are available to them in their case, particularly if the defects are serious, the warranty is not being honored, or if there are liens on your house from Fuller not paying his sub contractors. These agencies take into account the number of complaints more than anything. Examples: state attorney general, Better Business Bureau--a joke, but file anyway, HUD or VA if applicable, etc. Also file a complaint online at Homeowners Against Deficient Dwellings, www.hadd.com
