Richard Fuller Home Buyers ..Don't Build With Them *Consumer Suggestion
Unfortunately we have a Richard Fuller Home. Big Mistake unless you can be there everyday while they build.
Their supervision is not worth the air it takes to say that word.
We have had alot of problems that would have been serious but we were able to be there to make sure they were corrected.
Foundation was going to be poored over a creek.
Fencing has been put in at supposedly not plat lines. The saga goes on and on.
Richard Fuller is selling off alot of his lots Park Glenn area at the Parkway location. It is for good reason.
The majority of the homes built in this area were not quality.
If you have considered them...do yourself a favor do not use

Please note that Richard Fuller Homes, Texas has an UNSATISFACTORY rating from the Tarrant county BBB. They don't respond to complaints according to them. From my experience as a past employee they probably never will. Best suggestion.....their are plenty of builders to choose from so choose another one.
..Fuller took off leaving many unhappy homeonwers here with no warranty service.

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: B and C Schnackel Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: For as relatively small a builder as Fuller is, there sure are a lot of complaints about him. We also bought from Fuller in 2000, in Oklahoma, before Fuller took off leaving many unhappy homeonwers here with no warranty service. Our first sign he was leaving was when he put his lots up for sale. His main office is at the following address: Richard Fuller Homes, (a.k.a. Fuller Homes Inc) POB 13900 Albuquerque, NM 87192 505-888-4740 We have a serious problem with our Fuller-built home, and have heard from many people in all three states we know he builds in that they have also had big problems with this builder. Had the Better Business Bureau not covered up complaints on Fuller, we would've avoided this whole nightmare. Anyone wanting to contact us and add their complaint to our list is encouraged to do so.
