I made a reservation last december 5 for our flight next year of April 2018, I paid 10k and sent the money to Richard Morales via Palawan Express. My planned was to pay via bdo transfer to cash card but I cannot do it because i need to enroll tha name of Richard Morales and they said that I can only send them money via cash card of bdo. They suggested LBC or palawan express because most of their passengers were using it.That 10k is paid for 8 passengers and the remaining 7 slots (for we are15 passengers) were reserved and full payment must be made to complete the bookings.After payment they sent us the itinerary receipt with flight details in cebu pacific via facebookpage of Promofares. We search our flight details using our eticket recipt but cannot be found. We asked again for their help and informed them why we can't find the said flight detail and they replied that out flight schedule cannot be found hence it was unposted due to change of schedule. I should wait until 24 hours and wait for the text message from cebu pacific (daw) for the confirmation. Now i tried to messsage the said page but no reply at all. I dont know what to do, please help.
