This company is so hard to deal with. It is physically impossible to get to someone that has answers on the first call. Each person gives you a different answer. If your receptionist is there just to answer phones and not give you account information then maybe she shouldnt be giving you account information. They don't report anything to your credit whatsoever. Which is the idea behind having to go with them.

I have very bad credit and they financed me to get me into a very nice automobile. They have always been pleasant and polite and even worked with me when I couldn't make a payment on time. If you have questions they have a email address on their website and will usually return your call the next day. I have been with them for a year now and have nothing bad to say about them.

If the staff is on the phone with another client, the client on the phone is directed to voicemail. All staff return voicemails within 24 hours as is standard business protocol.
The receptionist's job is simply to transfer calls. They do not know any specifics on accounts and do not assist client regarding their accounts. The receptionist is trained to transfer calls and not answer questions regarding the account.
At this time, the company only reports to Equifax under the business name of HLS of Nevada DBA Nevada West Financial. The company is working to be on all three major bureaus.
All clients are welcome to attempt to refinance their loan with any company in the USA. We do not refuse to give payoffs to dealers or other financial institutions.
