I'm an Honorably discharged Vet and an Honors Student and don't have a criminal record. Last time I checked they have to give you notice and there is such a thing as a Search Warrant which is guaranteed as a Constitutional Right against Illegal Search and seizures. I served 18 years to protect those rights of American Citizens. Seeing how you do come from Palatine, Il, maybe your neighbors should enter your home, take what they want based on mistaken identity. Palatine, Illinois is known for Borg mentality too and apparently you are one of them.

Yes WJ they do it and not one sould says not one word about it. You would be surprised to come here I find what I say is true. I haven't been the only one either and they find ways to exploit workers as if they are not United States Citizens. Illegal aliens have more rights and priviledges. Unlike Illinois where employers pay you Workmen's Comp and wait to see if you are faking it or not, these find you guilty of trying to take advantage of them without a court trial. You can also forget about Unemployment Compensation too. People who were granted Unemployment from other states and try to transfer those benefits here find themselves with nothing. Others trying to obtain Federal Food Stamps in emergency situation are turned to Catholic Charities. It is awful. If that's not bad enough, people have been arrested in North Las Vegas for defacing hamburgers. It's a law on the books. Another stupid law they enforce is scattering birds. If you have ever walked down Michigan Avenue with all the pidgeons and they scatter, if you were here or in North Las Vegas, you would be arrested..This law maybe still posted in Dumb Laws.com for Nevada. Peter Jennings did a story on the Master keys cetain entities have here to enter your domicile or vehicle. That's why I posted this, so others wouldn't get trapped out here.

We really have an axe to grind, don't we? For one thing, compensation to injured workers in a federal law, not a state law, and they can't ignore it. Your whole complaint simply reeks of someone who simply has an axe to grind with state and civil authorities for some transgression, with all the issues you bring up, my mind reels with the possible scenarios your post suggests! It bares all the hallmarks of something that is intended to be internet rumor and nothing more. You spare no expense at all the juicy detail, but you are very short when it comes to verifiable facts. The employer? The landlord? The co-op? All of these specific complaints should be filed in different sections of this site where they can be addressed individually, provided that you can provide names, dates, places, employers and landlords. But that you haven't done so, seems to suggest that you like to operate outside the law, and the standards set by the community in which you chose to live. One situation you described sounded like a co-op or a town-house communtiy. When you live there, you sign on the dotted line and agree to live by their rules. One thing you said that REALLY caught my eye; "If you are renting look forward to snoopy landlords to enter your domicile or vehicle with master keys without notice or warrant and "look through" your possesions" How in the hell did your landlord get a master key to your vehicle? If you look in the standard lease, the landlord reserves the right to come into your home to make sure that it is a home, and not a drug den, and to make sure that everything is in good repair, they may also do this if they believe that there are more people living there than are on the lease. How did you come to believe that it was against the law to help a child? If you want to be taken seriously, I mean JESUS! Your predicament is simply apocryphal! Be more specific with your allegations!
