To whom it may concern. On Jan 3, 2014 I bought a 2010 SRX Premium car from Rizza Cadillac from whom by the way I've bought 4 cars from over the last 12-15 years. Mostly Acura and from Rizza Acura. This Cadillac SRX has been a problem child since we bought it. About a month after the purchase my wife was driving the car and reported that the check engine light came on and the car was driving rough. She could not go very fast even with the pedal mashed to the floor. We contacted Onstar who quickly informed us that there were 4 error codes related to check engine and that I should call roadside assistance. We called roadside assistance and the very next day the car was in for service via tow truck. Several hours later I get a call from Larry Morency informing me that the problem was not a problem that they could bill back to GM. The problem they found was a rodents nest in the undercarriage of the vehicle and some wires to the fuel injection harness were chewed on and needed to be replaced but could not be billed to GM. I was baffled and in utter shock. Anxious to get the car fixed I filed an insurance claim paid my 500 deductible and got the car fixed, or so I thought. Car drove better but not great. We suspected that the Rizza dealer had not given our vehicle the service inspection it should have and proceeded to take our car to Arnie Bauer where we spent 1200.00 for tires because they informed us to properly diagnose the vehicle for the issue we described they recommended we replace the 2 front tires. Apparently Rizza sold me a car with 2 and I quote "shot tires" well since replacing 2 tires is not as good as replacing all 4 that's what we did. We've had the car back now maybe 2 weeks and the check engine light and the initial problem we reported to Rizza about how the car would not accelerate is back. To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement. I'm am in complete disbelief. I no longer want the car fixed I just want my money back. What I paid for the car and the 2000.00 I put into it.

They said to properly diagnose a check engine fault light you needed to buy new tires?  You believed this?  Thanks for the laughs!  I'll tell this story alot so others will laugh too!!!
