We were sent an email from alex smith in the last report says he is hearing impaired wanting to pay in full with a credit card I looked up his ip address which is from nigeria. Anyway within the last week here I just received two more emails one saying hearing impaired again from a [email protected] this ip address is located in washington state. Just learned you can change your ip address somehow. Also the other email came from [email protected] I believe these two are another ripoff. They are trying to pay in full on a credit card for martial arts training but don't even live in this state? I don't know how this ripoff works but I just wanted to let everyone know to be warned.

Spring Hill,
I do web design and maintenance and of course have a web site describing my services; fees, content, etc.
Yet, despite all the information anyone would need about building a website being right there to read, I received an email from "Marvin Smith". First of all, anytime I receive ANY emails from a Smith or Jones, etc I get suspicious.
I was requested through email to quote on creating a website for this subject. I replied back to the subject and asked for more details, a lot more details. Those details should have taken at least a good 15-20 minutes to describe yet a reply was received in less than 10 minutes. Not only was the email a very unprofessional formatte text but it also avoided answering questions about company officers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
As a former police officer I was suspicious and did a quick search on GOOGLE using just his email address. I discovered that someone else was contacted by this individual for a different purpose but was suggesting the same thing. Payment in full using a credit card. So I went on line to http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx and filed a complaint.

I just had my experience with Janet Smith/"Rizzle Cash" and offer the following:
I own a Martial Arts school in Phoenix, Arizona. I got a request from this person asking for six hours of private lessons for a family of five. I quoted them a cost of $1800 per month, and she had no problem with it, until she asked me to pay her private driver $1700 in cash, of which she would reimburse me with her credit card. (She didn't have the cash.) When I saw that, I immediately googled "Janet Smith" and found this ripoff report.
Be smart! Don't fall for this!
