  FIRST OFF:  WE ARE NOT "NIGERIAN" AS SCAMMER CHARLES WINTERS CLAIMS, AND WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS CLAIMS!!  WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN RACIST REMARKS, NOR WE DO WE TOLERARE HATE SPEECH FROM  SCAMMER CHARLES WINTERS!   HE POSTED A REVENGE POST FOR BEING CAUGHT IN SCAMS AND BLACKMAIL!   THE REAL STORY, THE TRUTH:    CHARLES THEODORE WINTERS refused to do  OUR work after taking  OUR MONEY.   He was already hired for tech issues on our sites  and he deliberately messed up  the work and made everything unusable.  Unfortnately, we verified later that he is a reported scammer on the internet who scams unsuspecting victims for cash and electronic payments, including bank fraud and paypal.     READERS:  Please be advised that Charles Theodore Winters [email protected], [email protected]   is a notorious financial fraud tech scammer and blackmailer reported all over the internet.  He is using his fake services to defraud unsuspecting people, as you will see in the gazillion cases filed against him at ripoffreport.com   HE MADE THIS FAKE REPORT FOR REVENGE after we requested for a refund for his incompetence.   CHARLES WINTERS, you will be dealt with according to the law for your fraud and blackmail.  There are many people who you have defrauded, we are not the first ones.  But your evil deeds will catch up with you very soon.  You can run but you cannot hide.      

Apparently,  CHARLES WINTERS  is a long term scammer who knows nothing about technology but has been scamming many people over craigslist ads and fake facebook page ads. He operates in Los Angeles/Hollywood.   There are many complaints about his shady work, which we unfortunately learned about after hiring him and losing money.  He is angry that we  asked for a refund and has sent us threatening messages to harm us  and  our  business.

When we advised him to refund part of the money, he was very rude and started sending obscene threats. He has a criminal mind and criminal intentions.  Evidence of his nefarious activities has been sent to law enforcement.      USERS, SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, stay away from this dangerous person but report his criminal activities.
