We pledge to live up to your trust because your success is our success.

The complete service that RCS will provide, consists of the following:

I. PERSONAL ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION: Utilizing background information provided by you, and through interviews and discussions, we will evaluate your experience, your skills and expertise, and your interests and objectives. This will provide the foundation of the job campaign, and will determine the directions your campaign will take.

II. MARKETING STRATEGY: Combining the results of the personal assessment with RCS's knowledge of, and experience in, the job market, you will be provided with a marketing strategy specifically designed and personalized for you. RCS will prepare a thorough evaluation of your marketability with an assessment of your income potential and will help develop appropriate career option recommendations. Together with you, we will agree on the career directions, identify emerging situations, types of industries, types of companies, and types of jobs that will make the most logical targets for you, and for them.

III. PREPARATION OF RESUMES AND OTHER MATERIALS: Based on the Marketing Strategy, RCS will prepare custom-designed resumes, letters, operating plans, and all other documents that will be required.

IV. IDENTIFICATION OF APPROPRIATE TARGET OPPORTUNITIES: Utilizing extensive marketing resources, research materials, databases, networking techniques and personal and professional contacts, RCS will provide you with connections and linkages that will match your criteria and interests.

V. CONSULTATION AND ADVICE TO DEVELOP SPECIFIC MARKETING PLANS FOR ALL TARGET COMPANIES AND OPPORTUNITIES: RCS will make sure that you are prepared with information and techniques that will allow you to clearly differentiate yourself from others in the job market place. You will understand how others will view your background, your strengths and weaknesses, and how to respond to the most difficult questions that you will face.

VI. PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE TO UNCOVER OPPORTUNISTIC SITUATIONS THROUGH OTHER CHANNELS: On a regular basis, RCS will provide specific tactics to address: responding to advertisements, using appropriate web sites, campaigning by telephone, utilizing recruitment firms, establishing face-to-face meetings, and developing successful networking techniques.

VII. CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION: Throughout the campaign RCS professionals will provide you with guidance, advice, suggestions, recommendations, coaching, and mentoring. You will be prepared to:

- Effectively handle the all important career transition issues

- Successfully move from telephone screening to face-to-face meetings

- Address salary transition questions without getting boxed-in where you don't want to be

- Negotiate a complete compensation package including either a binding employment offer letter or an employment contract

- Control both the networking and the interviewing processes

VIII. ON-GOING CAREER REVIEW, EVALUATION, AND RECOMMENDATION: After your successful placement and career transition, RCS experts will be available for guidance and regular reviews of your job situation, career advancement, and future moves.

GENERAL INFORMATION and ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

A. Satisfaction Guarantee: Providing that Client remains active and in good standing, we pledge that if, at anytime during the term of this agreement, Client becomes dissatisfied with the services being provided by RCS, we will redo our work. Our dedicated staff will do whatever it takes to achieve your career goals.

B. The terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect until acceptance of a new career position by Client. Upon acceptance of a new position all fees will be due and payable by Client.

C. Following acceptance of a new career position, Client is provided, free of charge, on-going personalized career management advice and assistance.

D. Robele Career Solutions, Inc. is not an employment agency, job placement service or recruitment firm. We represent and assist individuals on a contract basis, and do not collect fees from employers for assisting and placing a Client.

The undersigned acknowledges full and complete understanding of the fee structure, and is in agreement with, all terms and conditions:
