robert e phelps robert e phelps jr, roberto phelps con man, thief,crook, dead beat dad,wanted for forgery on bank loans, bad credit 3 years of child support palm beach, Florida
This a*hole was court ordered to pay his ex wife child support for 3 great kids, to which they have not seen a penny and they are getting ready to be put out on the street because he forged signatures on loan documents while his now ex wife was out of the country, took the money to Margarita island, VZ where he operated a w***e house and a call center(americas call centers).Moved his madam (Maria Eugenia Flores) that run the w***e house in with him. Divorced wife 2 years later leaving her with a home that is bieng forclosed on and empty bank accounts.
As a family friend it has been hard to watch this family struggle because of the sheer greed of this man. Took with him the car he had bought for one daughter, had a face lift at the same time his own daughter was calling him to drop off groceries, and had the balls to want the daughter to stay with him while he recovered from his face lift that totally tramatized her so badly she had to drive home in the middle of the night.
Hope he gets his just rewards and that the authorities can catch up with him. If you have any info please post on this site.
Stay well away from this conman, married his madam february 2010,living back here in US, probably looking to do real estate deal, hotel deal, or something with insurance adjusting used to own National Insurance Adjusters inc, NICA online, is probably using new wife to hide behind.

Susan: Thank you so much for your input. I am more than willing to assist you and your brother as your input has already assisted me greatly. I would love to speak with you and would ask that you contact me at your earliest convenience. As we are not able to post our email addresses, please feel free to call me at (561) 758-9665. Unfortunately it appears that you were ripped off but believe me, my girls and I are on the street in the very near future and am now in debt (to the extent that I will never be able to pay) because of Robert E. Phelps, Jr., Robert Phelps, Ramon, or whatever else he may call himself these days. He made sure that we were in a position not to be able to get any legal or investigative assistance by emptying all our bank accounts prior to leaving us. He took over $600K out of our home as I am sure you are aware and invested in Venezula, Panama, Belize, etc. Personally, I don't care about this person (I can't refer to him as a man) other than he has three beautiful daughters that he has left high and dry - both monetarily and emotionally. Your assistance would be appreciated more than you will ever know.

I also saw he has another report here on rip off report listed just under just Robert Phelps and not Robert E Phelps, you may want to do another report just under robert phelps as he has dropped the E when he refers to himself now, i.e. just Robert Phelps. BTW- what is your email address if I have any new info for you. My brother and I used to work for him as researchers and we both have great skills! lol
He also bought a lot of real estate in his girlfriends name and other panama corps so his wife and kids couldnt get to them going back as far as 5 years! I worked for him in his real estate company for 2 weeks until he didnt pay me. Last I heard I heard he was traveling frequently to Belize, Panama, Philippines, Costa Rica & Australia traveling on his wifes and kids money.
