Complaint Review: ROBERT GOODRICH - Long Beach California

Outspoken salesman but he's a very good guy. He calls things as he see's them and most people respect that.

I've worked with Rob and all I can say is my experience has been a good one.

Felt the need to post some my experience because so many people go out of their way to post negative / slanderous stuff these days. 

This rotton excuse for a human being is now At Beacon Leads LLC of Anaheim Ca..

He along with manager Wayne Hollingsworth ( I call worthless or micro manager) now are creating a hostile work enviroment at this new hideout. They openly talk about their gay relationships and make lewd and disgusting comments to people as they run a "churn and burn" telemarketing department.

The above report is a direct attempt from a former employer and there staff who have been targeting not only me but other former employees since i was never paid over 90000.00 in commissions earned they figured they could harass me or even call the police and make up lies so they would have a reason not to pay me. Since making threats toward myself and my family i have also filed a Hostile Work Place Complaint with the EDD and the California Department of Labor and Standards. The company who employs these demons is Field Stone Law which is owned by Frank Barilla  they went as far as using my personal information on the internet and trying to gain access to bank accounts & going online to various financial companies and applying for loans and other lines of credit. Recently a cease and desist letter was sent  to attorney Frank Barilla about what his staff has been doing even going as far to harass my family they must enjoy doing this because it is not the only person they have done it to. Most importantly there employee Ms. Bojorquez has been behind these false internet reports and mailing out false information and harassing myself and my family this has now been turned over to the Long Beach District Attorneys office. The individual(s) who have been sending emails and mail have been going around bragging about harassing my family and myself and since they have done so we have iron clad witnesses who can identify there hand writing and have agree to testify in court against Ms.Bojorquez and her co-worker(s) who are helping her defame and slander myself and other past employees. 

There never was any harassment or verbal abuse toward women in fact the reason for leaving Field stone Law was due to our operations manager and fellow managers not  hold Ms.Bojoruquez accountable. On many occasions employees reported Ms.Bojorquez smelling like alcohol or marijuana as the company manager it was my job to  notify HR and the owner however they could not fire her she threatened them with a sexual harassment suit, wrongful termination and more. She had leverage from what people knew she had been messing around with a couple of the bosses and employees but she decided to make me the target of her negative campaign of revenge. Mrs.Bojoquez also harassed her female coworkers as well such as threatening to have them fired over a lie she would make up since no one would stand up to her it was up to me to handle all employee complaints from our staff. She is not a good person not sure why she has done this but it is obviously some deep rooted mental disorder or her drug abuse and addiction to alcohol and various pills she takes(Oxycodone) (Alplenzin)( Nardil) (Paxil) these are pain killers and anti depression medications and she uses them like candy this is a sick habit and mixes alcohol with them. Since this has started she knows that all her lying and criminal behavior with her friend(s) is resulting is a Law Suit and i will be pursuing criminal charges if applicable in this matter.

In closing it is a sad day when someone has to try and defame and harass someone hiding behind a computer and trying to use someones personal information that they took from a employee file. This is called Identity Theft and has also been reported to the Orange County Sheriffs i hope no one has to endure a situation like this Ms. Bojorquez is very destructive and enjoys tormenting people 
i have herd the way she speaks to her family it is scary.
