Robert Layne Clegg, PhD of Clovis, CA is a liar and a cheater. This man works at the University of Phoenix as an instructor in Fresno, CA and has slept with his students. Is that unethical or illegal? The mid 40 year-old preys on the younger females in his classes: the vulnerable and single mother type.
He likes single mothers because of their time spent away from him when they are with their children. It is then, that Robert cheats. One of the women that Robert is currently involved with is Caitlin Frazier.
Caitlin Frazier (a 26 year old w***e and secretary) is a mother of two young children (toddler ages) and is still currently married to politician Brett Frazier of Madera, CA. Can someone say, political scandal? Robert has shoes older than his cheating, fake breast implanted, big nosed, mouth and teeth bigger than a horse, tweenie-bopper s**t.
Caitlin Frazier and Gail Espinosa are some of his trampy students that he has had sex with while teaching at the University of Phoenix (Fresno). He boosts their grades and assists them with projects and papers.
Again, is that legal? Is it fair to have sex with your students and help them along with their other classes? Do
ALL instructors at the University of Phoenix (Fresno) offer "private" tutoring?
Robert's primary job is at Saint Agnes Medical Center of Fresno, CA. He has slept with MANY women at his place of employment. His reputation is known as "flirty" and a "womanizer." He was engaged to
Patty Ayala, RN for years and cheated on her throughout their relationship with me. This woman is probably the stupidest of them all... pathetic and desperate.
He brags about himself: played baseball at Kansas University on a scholarship in 1989- ? (not true- check KU records), Navy helicopter pilot and shot in combat (not true... look up military records), etc.
