It has been over a year and I have yet to receive the accessories to the computer that I leased from ROMA. I have called twice and spoke with a representative from ROMA, who took my information and said it would take six to ten weeks to receive the keyboard which attaches to the computer. First contact was in May of 2001 and the second effort was in February 2002. It has tremendously hinder my efforts to use the computer. I have had to use my home desktop computer to do business. I am being charged for a process that does not help my business effort. What can I do to end this lease and return the property?

The headline said "Camarillo swindler settles scam case".
A man who did business as Lease Technologies International and Card Service Tri-Counties was named in a complaint filed in court. People operating other companies such as BizTolls.tv and Use-Store Worldwide were among others charged. Brian Zelier, an executive of Roma Computer Solutions, was also named in the complaint.

A formal complaint has been filed in court against Roma Computer Solutions. A court appointed "compliance officer" has been working with Roma officials and its customers in an effort to settle the complaints "out of court".
If you think you have been swindled by any of these companies,
PLEASE CONTACT ME. There may be time to have your complaint heard.

After posting this report I was contacted by the Ventura County, California, District Attorney's Office. I was told Roma was being investigated by that office. I was also asked to contact the person handling the investigation.
If you would like to file YOUR complaint, please contact me via e-mail and I will give you the name, phone number and e-mail address of the investigator.
If we ban together, we may be able to get some satisfaction from this company.
Thanks,
