Roma Solutions Ripped Off to The Tune of $2800 by ROMA SOLUTIONS in conjunction with LeaseComm Corp and Cardservice International! Oxnard California
Attended seminar in Lynchburg,Va.July 10,2000 sponsord by
National Grants. After demonstration of Sharp 6000 with glowing
attributes was signed to a 36 months,NON-CANCELLABLE Lease at $78.95 PER MONTH.
At same time was signed to a contract with Cardsservice International Merchant Agreement at $35 per month.
Sharp 6000 failed to perform according to the sales pitch.
After many months of various excuses by Roma I was finally nformed that it was not programmed by the Manufacturer to accomplish as sold to us.
After more months of being told it was being corrected,with no positive results, Roma agreed to send me a Gateway E-3200 desktop as a "peace offering". The Gateway unit was a refurbisbed warehouse unit.
I paid out $2850 for lease,$770 to Cardservices and recieved Gateway 3200 worth $550 which leaves a total of $3070 I calculate as being RIPPED OFF!
The aggravation and time spent attempting to get ROMA SOLUTIONS,CARDSERVICES and LeaseComm Corp to fulfill their obligations as honest and forthright,legitmate businesses, is difficult to put a price tag on.
