Ron Shade, CEO Of Orange Crest Realty Or OCR Investments For my investment of $435,000, Ron gave me 4 NOTES SECURED BY 4 DEEDS PF TRUST. Non of them were recorded, but he counterfeited them to look like recorded. After they failed to pay the principal, I was going to foreclose on the properties, only to find that they are worthless. I lost all my retirement savings in the amount of $435,000 to Ron Shade, CEO of Orange Crest Realty. He counterfeited 4 deeds of Trust as though they have been recorded. Non of the deeds were recorded, and one of the property belong to someone else. Two of the propertied actually belong to Ron Shade are worthless, because not only they were not recorded, but he owes a million dollars on the property, even though he told me that he owns the property free and clear and I am positioned at the 1st lien.

Ron Shade, CEO of OCR should be in prison. He counterfeited Deed of Trust as though they were recorded. I invested $435,000 to his company and lost the entire amount. I have 4 note secured by the deed of trust, but they are worthless and cannot foreclose on them. Not only they were not recorded, but the property belong to someone else. 2 out of 4 properties that belong to Ron Shade are also worthless, because he has a million dollar loan on the property though he said that he owns it free and clear and I am positioned to be 1st lien.
