I went to Portland Orgeon to buy a car. The Capital One Blank Check I had been waiting for came in so I drove to Ron Tonkin Chevorlet. I found a car I wanted and went inside where they took my check and had me sign it . I wanted a carfax on the car and finally got one just as I was leaving. Got home with the car and read the carfax and sure enough a lien on a rental out of an auction in California. How much worse can it get. A hole lot. I called Tonkins the next day to tell them the problem to find I have a $21,000 dollar loan with Wachovia at 9% for 72 months. I know nothing about this loan. You have to sign a contract for a loan and there is no contract. I had a check from Capital One. So I've gone to a Attorney. The only thing is something like this is going to cost money and take 2 years to get into court and when you get there your looking at punitive damages of -0-.A criminal case maybe the way to go. Bank fraud, forgery, identity theft but what are you going to get out of a bankrupt Chevy dealer. That's way they don't care if they brake the law. By the time you get them into a court room you'll have to spilt their bond 50 way to sunday. This country is in fine shape. Look out for the car dealer's,they don't give a dam. I would like to expand on this and get into more detail but this will have to do. A real "Jackpot" Longview Washington State.
