Roomstore in Mesa, AZ is a Rip-off
Went to purchase furniture at this business. Was told approved for certain credit line then told later it was incorrect actually $3500 less. No apology. Cancelled some orders kept others, when time for delivery all orders showed up at door, including the ones that were suppose to be canceled. Not all merchandise was delivered.
I Was told by staff that it was because one order was in my name and one in my wife's name. So it made it confusing for them. No apology. They did not want to give us confirmation that orders had been cancelled. Once they finally did tried to hurry us out the door. THe office clerk would not allow me to talk anymore, after I asked her many times, then raised her voice and told me to speak to the manager. Another salesman came confronted us very close and said he would take care of it, informed him I wanted to speak to manager, he said he would help me.
Finally manager came and sorted the mess out. While we were leaving, salesman broke from his sales pitch from another customer and told us "Don't come back then." Then told us that we were being rude to staff, again in front of customer. I reported this to the manager. He said he would talk to the salesman. I don't know if that will change anything. Will never shop there again and would warn anybody who does.
