I too have had issues getting quality service from Rooter Express. To be fair, the technician on the original call was excellent and knowledgeable this is not a reflection on his skills or service. The issue is with the Management and how they do business and treat the customer. For the original call my wife took off from work to be available between 1-4pm. The technician did not show up on or near time and there was no call or follow up regarding the lateness. Today was the follow up visit to replace the actual part that had to be ordered. This time I took off to be avaialble between the hours of 1-4pm. I called for an update at 3:35pm and could not be provided with an ETA. I also warned them that there would be legal and financial repercussions if they did not show up at 4. At 3:50 after much wrangling I was told the technician would be there between 4:20-4:30 (meaning I could have gone to work). Their management didn't care and I was told to have my home warranty company send someone else. Now we are again out of the repair, time, and money and Rooter Express does not care. Nor was I ever allowed to speak with the owner or the manager. I would encourage any hard working Americans if they value there time and paycheck not to do business with this company as they do not respect the customer. This is also evidenced by the numerous bad reviews online that all say the same thing. Most of the positive reviews that were found were all written on the same date from 2011.

We feel this is a Hoax! Please provide proof or atleast some info about the work we provided for you. Fear?? How,Why,When,Where have we ever made any customer feel this way? We provide service to more than 6000 customers a year and in 6 years this is a first.
Please remove this hoax Please.
