Following complaints. 

 

ordered online December 27, 2015 - received January 27, 2016

Item not what expected - made cheaply and did not look same as advertised

No return address and no receipt or ability to return to any place. Had to go online to figure out how to send back and get refund. Have a website to file a "claim" No address on website and no information on how to refund/return. I asked for their address 10 days ago. Their response was "please take a picture of the item and explain what is wrong with it." I merely asked for an address and refund. I don't need to justify why.
