I ordered 6 tops. When I got them, almost a month later, they were way too small. I found out they came from China so that's probably why the clothes ran so small.
I found out what I had to do to submit a return. First, I had to get a ticket for each item. A ticket is a number. Then I had to submit the number to them. I had to get 6 different numbers.
Then they asked me to wait for the whole order to come it before making the return. The order came in 3 different shipments. After I got all 6 items and tickets for each,
I had to obtain a return merchandise number. They sent me a return shipping label. I had to pay for a 2-day priority mail label. I had a total of 32 emails going back and forth before I got my refund.
I have saved all of the emails. I also ordered 2 of the same carpet runners and they came in 2 differtent shades. I didn't even bother trying to return them
