Approximately one month later, the sweater was received and was stuffed in a small package. When I opened the package, the sweater looked nothing like it did on-line, was totally wrinkled and the sleeves and bottom of the sweater are frayed. This is a totally unacceptable purchase and I wish to return it and receive credit on my credit card immediately. There is no address for which I can do this and there was no invoice or receipt within the package. How do I proceed to contact this company so I can return the sweater and receive credit? I have no idea as referenced above.
