Pandora showed an advertisement for Rosegal.com. I went there, and without doing any investigation before hand, I ordered two very cute shirts for an upcoming event.

Weeks past by and I never received my items. I went to the website and tried their CHAT feature. It never worked. I then tried the phone number. It didn't work.  I then tried to contact them via e-mail. That page didn't work. That's when I became suspicious and began doing my research. Turns out that there are complaints on just about every website there is on this company of people never receiving their items, including "complaint list", "Sitejabber" and Ripoff report.  Story upon story of people buying items that never arrive.

That's when I knew I was in trouble.  Luckily, I purchased my items from my Paypal account and my order is in the resolution department right now.

The seller contacted Paypal's dispute department telling them that the item was shipped and it should take 45 days to arrive in the US.  45 days??  Since when do you order an item and have to wait over a month for it to arrive with no warning on the order slip, or anything.  I cancelled my order, and demanded a refund.

Now I am reading comments from people who never got their money back.

I am filing a complaint to protect others from what may be a fraudulent company, with fraudulent advertisements on Pandora, Google Adwords, Etsy, Ebay and other sites, in which they get your money and never send you products.

I would like to request that the hundreds of people who got ripped off from Rosegal and related sites with this company stand up and protect other innocent people from getting hurt. I request that the media do some investigagation on their website. First, try to contact them through the means provided. Good luck, because you can't. Then try to order something- all of that works okay.  There is absolutely NO customer service, yet people on social media have written how wonderful they are- which is obviously fake comments, because statistics prove that there IS NO customer service.

If this company is really fraudulent, why are they allowed to advertise everywhere, and get people's money, and never send products? What is REALLY happening with people's credit card numbers? Let's research this further.

All I know is that I am extremely suspicious and I want to protect others from ending up in the same shoes as hundreds of other women who fell for their website full of cute clothing that is never sent to you.

If this is a true company that simply is in China, they need to have a disclaimer that states that it may take months for you to get your order if you get it at all.  And, they need to meet USA standards of some kind for customer service...like a real number to call where real people answer to help you. Real CHAT lines and real e-mail systems that allow you to get a response.

In the meantime, search "rosegal complaints" on the Internet to see that I am not the only person in the world who is not happy about their company.

Thanks.
