Roy Lustig a attorney found guilty by the court of appeals in Dade County of fraud and repeatedly lying under oath.Despite being guilty the probate court allows him to continue to work and specially in the mortgage and loan business. Roy Lustig is doing very tricky interest only loans for investors and taking the money from charity organisaions like the the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Miami, Inc and of Broward County, Inc. Document Numbers 705461 and 705432 and a lot of other Non Profit Organications. Roy Lustig was thrown out in his function of President of the home owner Association where he lives with his wife because of fraud and incorrect working.Roy Lustig is using founds for his private and expensive way of life from disabled people who cannot help themseves. Soon the IRS will investigate his very tricky loan business so be aware of that and stop doing business with him because you will get in a lot of troubles.
