What's Up Eric, That's a term we use in the Army. It simply means that you can't let your guard down, because in a combat situation, your life depends on it. I don't won't to over exaggerate, but the same applies, when you are at a car dealership. You can't let your guard down. Your post is a little short on details, however you mentioned the fact that you signed the contract without even seeing the vehicle, a huge mistake. The next time you purchase a car, you have got to do your homework/research. This dealer may be a rip off, but no dealer is looking out for your best interest. I'm new to this board, however I'm starting to see the same theme in each post. Education is the key. Best of Luck
