Royal Camera Scam Artists, Not selling you what you think you order. Ripoff! New York Nationwide
I found a great price at thier website for a Nikon D70. After calling to "confirm" the order, they started to try and upsell me every accessory under the sun. This in itself was not unexpecxted, but they I was lied to. They told me that I had to order the batter and charger with the camera because they are tied to the serial number, that in %100 NOT TRUE!
They then proceed to inform me that this is a "GREY MARKET" item, and is coming from over seas with no English manual, and it would take 5-8 weeks for delivery. The only descripiton on the website was Nikon D70 (lens sold separately)This is not the case, then they tried to sell me the USA model and all of the other accessories at the normal MSRP from the manufacturer.
I am very dissatisfied with the the whole proccess and canceled my order. I will never even visit their site again, let alone purchase anything from this companie. I suggest if you are buying camera equipment, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, at the very best you will be unsatisfied with their service, and frustrated that you are not getting what you think you ordered.
