Michael, thank you for taking an interest in this. I am have collected my refund, though it took 6 months to do so. I am very disappointed that your company quoted me a lower price than what the warranty came back as, and in fact, not long ago, I cancelled another policy with you because your salesperson told me it was a "bumper to bumper" just like from the manufacturer when infact it covered very little. After my husband who is in the car business called and spoke with your representative and asked him point blank questions about coverage, we figured out that what I was originally told was not true, and we cancelled that policy also. I did receive a credit for that refund within 3 months. You need make sure that your representatives are upfront about what is covered under your plans, not just try to make a sale

I am Joanne Conte, I used to work for this company and it is not owned by anyone other than Michael Shaftel (aka his wife Michelle on legal records)....Heritage is just one of the insurance companies they sell for..(they are a marketing (telemarketing) center)...Located out of Ocean NJ at 3430 Sunset Avenue. I never sold this warranty to you, simply because I left the company prior to the date you purchased it, yet I can see how they used my name, since I had the templates for emails with my name and contact information..In addition after seeing your address I personally never marketed or sold for this company in the state of Florida...The company's contact information if it helps is 732-918-9299 or you can call the owner directly at his cell # on 908-489-4054..I truly hope you get your money back.. and I would continue to pursue it if you haven't already..I wish you the best! Remember salespeople are not the ones to blame for how the company treats the customers after the sale is complete, that is a direct reflection of the ownership.
