August 4, 2014 RPM Elite property management stated “our inspection of your property went well”.
When I arrived at my home 2 months later on October 2, 2014, what I found was traumatic and horrid.
- Dog urine soaked carpets throughout the home which had been left to soak through to the concrete and hardwood floors leaving permanent damage to the floors and walls.
- Rotted wood on cabinets from long term animal urine, likely a male dog peeing up the sides of the cabinets over the past years.
- Rat and mice feces on top of the dish washer.
- Rats nest and feces behind refrigerator
- Cat feces in crawl space, Rabbit feces in the green house((never authorized a cat or rabbit).
- Large holes in the urine soaked carpet which was new when the renters moved in.
- Damaged trees where they cut into the bark.
- Renters took the washer/dryer and lawn mower.
- Black filth on walls, doors and throughout the home, window seals and windows covered with filth.
- Their own cleaning person refused to enter the home due to the toxic smell.
- They admitted they never checked out buildings (all which were filled with junk and rodent excrement from the dirty conditions)
I had to rip up all carpets, padding, tackboard and base board ans drill holes in the sheet rock to allow fumigation of the toxins.
I had to gut the home down to the sheetrock, including the removal of all built in cabinets due to animal urine and rodent feces.
I had to throw away all appliances due to rodent feces.
