I contacted my bank and informed them before the transaction took place. While I was on the phone with my bank I was surfing the internet and found a point of contact for them. luckily I checked my accounts regularly. I was driving on vacation when this transaction was posted to my bank. This is what I found and I contacted them via email. They have a website and a phone number. The phone number is an automated service. good luck! I also suggest you contact you inspector general for your state. They do help with fraudulent claims and thefts http://www.rsipartners.net/contact.htm

Suddenly out of nowhere a charge for $9.55 appeared on my Dad's visa card on 9/24/05. Never heard of RSI Partners.
